MUSTAMÄE ELAMUS SPA

Elamus Spa is a cozy, detail-rich spa with the largest selection of saunas in Scandinavia, featuring 22 unique saunas with various temperatures, numerous water baths, relaxation areas, a separate 6-lane sports pool, and a wide range of exciting sauna rituals available daily. Mustamäe Elamus Spa comprises two spa areas: the family-friendly Elamus Spa and sports pool, and Spa21+, a serene sauna sanctuary for adults only, from the age of 18 and up.

On the Elamus SPA side, you’ll find 13 saunas with different designs and temperatures, several sauna rituals suitable for the whole family. The range of sauna temperatures is broad, starting from a 42-degree Celsius Japanese geyzer and up to a 100-degree Celsius sauna. For relaxation, there are cozy canopied beds, and for book lovers, a selection of books on the spa’s bookshelves. Delicious meals and refreshing drinks are available in the spa cafes. For swimming enthusiasts, there’s a 6-lane sports pool and water aerobics classes.

SPA21+ offers a tranquil sauna experience with a cozy interior and wonderful details for guests aged 18 and over. Sauna pleasures can be enjoyed in nine unique saunas either independently or guided by sauna masters during sauna rituals.

Access to Spa21+ also includes the use of Elamus Spa and the pool, as well as a bathrobe and towel. Both sauna bars at Elamus Spa and SPA21+ cater to guests with different tastes, offering healthy meat platters and fruit selections, fresh salads, and more traditional beef and chicken burgers, and fries.

To get the most out of your day at Elamus SPA, don’t forget to pamper your body with treatments in between enjoying the sauna and water delights. From seven different massages, you can find the perfect one for you, whether you prefer gentle and relaxing kneading or require a more vigorous and sporty treatment.
