Guided or Self-Guided?
Guided Group Tours: One guide generally rides with the
group, while a second guide drives a support van (not on all tours). Everything
is planned out: hotels, routes, meals, luggage transfers, sightseeing tours and
so on. The guides point out places of interest, organize excursions and
activities and are there in case of breakdowns (mechanical or human). We do
organize orientation walks to introduce you with overnight places.
Self-Guided Individual Tours: You ride on your own each day but we book for you
accommodation, organize the route and suggested programs. The accommodations are
usually the same as on guided tours. You’ll receive a comprehensive information
package with the marked route, a detailed route description and tourism tips. We
will give you a cell phone number and contact person in case of emergencies or
problems.

Not included in the price, unless otherwise stated,
are: airfare, lunch, transport in route to the start of the program, visa
and passport fees, vaccination, drugs, medical expenses, beverages, airport
departure taxes, insurance and items of a personal nature.
Do we cycle as a group?
You
are free to be as independent as you like. Previous evening your guides hold a
presentation to let you know about the route and what to expect along the route.
Maps and written directions will be given to each cyclist. Each morning the
guides will mark down environmental arrows on the road, you just have to follow
them. Throughout each day the guides check on our guests, offer fresh water,
information or provide a lift if desired. Our guides also carry a cell phone so
you can contact them at any time during your ride.
